When is my order delivered?
For orders placed before 15:00, the order is dispatched the same day.
In Lithuania, orders are delivered within 1-3 working days.
In other European countries 1-5 working days.

Returns
Upon receipt of the goods, please make sure that the parcel has not been damaged during shipping. If this is the case, please contact us by email, in which case we will send you a special form that you will need to fill in and send back the goods.
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, you can return an unopened and unused product within 14 days by contacting us by email. The cost of returning the parcel in this case will be borne by the buyer.
